Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why

• Calls and messages. The website has no contact form. If you call, text, email or message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, we receive the details you choose to send (e.g. name, phone number, date, group size, interests) and use them only to answer you and, if you decide to go ahead, to organise your tour (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to entering a contract). WhatsApp and Instagram are operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd under their own privacy policies.
• Analytics. Only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages help visitors plan their trip (Art. 6(1)(a) — consent). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded.
• Hosting and security logs. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the website (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest).

Who receives your data

Service providers acting on our behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting) and Google (analytics, only with consent). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Messages and enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required for accounting or legal claims.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data, to object, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, contact us using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
