The Hanseatic city
For centuries Gdańsk was one of the richest ports on the Baltic, trading Polish grain to Western Europe. Its merchants built the tall, narrow houses of the Main Town and the vast brick church of St Mary’s.
Old Town tourThe Free City
Between the wars Gdańsk was the Free City of Danzig — neither fully German nor Polish. On 1 September 1939 the Second World War began here, at Westerplatte and the Polish Post Office.

Are your tours private?
Yes. Every tour is private: your guide, your group, your pace. You will never be added to a group of strangers.
How much does a private tour cost?
Private tours start at €150 (650 zł) for up to 3 hours. Each additional hour is €35 (150 zł). The price is for your whole private group, not per person. Museum tickets and food are paid separately.
Do you provide transportation?
No — our tours are walking tours of Gdańsk. Where it makes sense (for example to Westerplatte) we travel together by public transport or seasonal boat.
Do you offer tours for cruise passengers?
Yes. We plan private shore excursions around your ship’s arrival and departure times, agree a clear meeting point and make sure you head back with plenty of time to spare.
Can you customize a tour?
Always. Every tour can be shortened, extended or combined. Tell us what interests you, how much time you have and who you are travelling with, and we will suggest an itinerary.
What languages do your guides speak?
Tours are available in English and Polish.
How do I book?
Call or message the guide directly — WhatsApp, text or phone — with your date, number of guests and interests. The tour planner on this site can write that message for you. You get a personal reply with availability and a price; there is no online booking or payment.
