Are your tours private?
Yes. Every tour is private: your guide, your group, your pace. You will never be added to a group of strangers.
How much does a private tour cost?
Private tours start at €150 (650 zł) for up to 3 hours. Each additional hour is €35 (150 zł). The price is for your whole private group, not per person. Museum tickets and food are paid separately.
Is the price per person?
No. Our prices are per private group. A couple and a family of five pay the same guiding price for the same length of tour.
How many people can join?
Our tours are designed for couples, families and small groups. Planning a larger group? Tell us the number and we will suggest the best option.
Where do tours start? Do you meet at hotels?
We can meet you at your hotel if it is in or near the city centre, or at an agreed landmark in the Main Town. We will confirm the exact meeting point with you before the tour.
Do you provide transportation?
No — our tours are walking tours of Gdańsk. Where it makes sense (for example to Westerplatte) we travel together by public transport or seasonal boat.
Do you offer tours for cruise passengers?
Yes. We plan private shore excursions around your ship’s arrival and departure times, agree a clear meeting point and make sure you head back with plenty of time to spare.
Which cruise ports do you serve?
Cruise ships calling at “Gdańsk” dock either in the Port of Gdańsk or in Gdynia. We meet guests from both — if your ship docks in Gdynia, we arrange the meeting point in Gdańsk or travel in with you by train.
Can you customize a tour?
Always. Every tour can be shortened, extended or combined. Tell us what interests you, how much time you have and who you are travelling with, and we will suggest an itinerary.
Can I combine several places in one day?
Yes. Popular combinations are the Old Town with the Solidarity sites, or the WWII Museum with Westerplatte. Longer tours are priced by the hour.
What languages do your guides speak?
Tours are available in English and Polish.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can for the summer season and cruise days. Last-minute requests are welcome too — send a message and we will tell you straight away if we are available.
How do I book?
Call or message the guide directly — phone, WhatsApp or text — with your date, number of guests and interests. You can also email or send a message on Instagram. You get a personal reply with availability and a price; there is no online booking or payment.
How do I pay?
There is no online payment. We confirm the price with you in advance; payment details are agreed when you book.
What if it rains?
Tours run in most weather — Gdańsk is lovely in the rain, and we can shift the plan towards indoor places like St Mary’s, the WWII Museum or the European Solidarity Centre.
